It’s an ambitious list of ways the city wants to be greener, but some of the goals may be difficult to measure.  WFPL's environment reporter Erica Peterson joins us to explain.21:05 - Thirteen same-sex couples took symbolic wedding vows in Bloomington this week in protest of a proposed constitutional amendment banning gay marriage in Indiana.
