John Arnold, this one involving a fellow member of the Kentucky House.  We discuss the latest disclosure and other news from the state Capitol with Kentucky Public Radio Frankfort Bureau Chief Jonathan Meador.7:45 - A new Public Policy Polling survey on the Kentucky U.S. Senate race and various issues came out this week. It shows McConnell and Bevin leading Grimes by one point. But McConnell's negatives remain high given that he and President Obama are both at 31% approval ratings in the state.  In addition, a growing number Kentucky voters want Republicans to assume control of the governor's office and most will support the GOP in state legislative elections.  WFPL Political Editor Phillip M.
