Byline Today: Ohio River Bridges Tolls, Ban the Box and a Vacation in North Korea

This week, toll rates were set for the Ohio River Bridges Project, the Louisville Metro Council considered banning liquor sales after 2 a.m. and a new study looks at what a local option sales tax would do for Louisville. We'll talk about these stories and more today on Byline.WFPL's Devin Katayama will discussthe adoption of toll rates for the East End bridge and the downtown I-65 crossing.He'll also talk to a Jefferson County Public Schools teacher  about the Jefferson County Board of Education's decision to allow students in some schools to use cell phones.The Louisville Metro Council considered an ordinance that would have banned the sale of liquor after 2 a.m.,but decided to send it back to a committee.
