Byline Today: Same-Sex Marriage, Joan Rivers and March Madness

The latest on the same-sex marriage lawsuit in Kentucky, political happenings in Louisville and statewide, and March Madness approaches.

First up, Kentucky Public Radio’s Jonathan Meador  will give an update on this week’s news from the state Capitol. I’ll join in to talk about Gov. Steve Beshear’s decision to file an appeal in the on-going same-sex marriage lawsuit.

We’ll then hear from WFPL’s Phillp M. Bailey, who’ll discuss a Louisville Metro Council committees approval of a “ban the box” ordinance, the latest from the Metro ethics commission and more.

We’ll also hear from WDRB’s Tom Lane to preview the college basketball conference tournaments, and host Rick Howlett interviews Joan Rivers.
