Byline Today: Sexual Harassment Claims Against State Legislator, Coal's Effects on Health and More

 

On Byline today, we'll be talking about the sexual harassment allegations against a veteran Kentucky state legislator, coal's effects on health and more.WFPL and the Kentucky Center for Investigative Reporting broke the story about ethics complaint filed last week against state Rep. John A. Arnold Jr.,a Democrat from Sturgis. Jonathan Meador and Phillip M.
