Calipari Trying to Keep Wildcats Hungry for Title Run

The Kentucky Wildcats are in Arlington, Texas to prepare for their showdown with Wisconsin in the men’s NCAA Final Four.

Kentucky defeated Kansas State, Wichita State, Louisville and Michigan to reach the national semifinals, a path that coach John Calipari compared to a minefield."And now my whole mission is to make sure we’re not satisfied.   That this team is still striving," Calipari said Thursday at a joint press conference with Wisconsin coach Bo Ryan. The Badgers are making their first Final Four appearance since 2000.It’s the first ever in the 66 year old Ryan's head coaching career. "For me, it ‘s not like maybe what you think it is to me because of how I got into the profession as a teacher first in junior high school, and then they gave me a coaching job," Ryan said. The Wildcats and Badgers tip off at 8:49pm Saturday. That’s after Florida and Connecticut meet in the other semifinal at AT&T Stadium.
