Check it out here.New Albany-Floyd County Schools and Nelson County Schools, are working on a two-hour delay on Wednesday. The temperature in Louisville at about 7 a.m. Wednesday was 19 degrees with a wind chill of 12 degrees. (For perspective, the temperature was -1 at the same time on Tuesday.)The high temperature Wednesday is forecast to be 32 degrees, the National Weather Service said. After a clear Wednesday, rain (and maybe sleet early on) is forecast through the week,  with high temperatures in the 40s and low 50s.The Louisville Water Co. has in recent days had more than half-dozen water main breaks because of the cold.
