Mayor Fischer’s staff will operate from an IdeaHub set up in the lobby of the Kentucky Center starting Wednesday. They’ll remain there throughout the festival, which continues through Saturday.<p> <P>The hub is where people can share ideas about the future of Louisville. A talk on Wednesday afternoon and hosted by civic thinker Jennifer Pahlka focuses on government engagement with citizens.
