John Yarmuth, D-Ky., is crediting investments from the federal government for the Ford Motor Co.&#39;s refurbished Louisville Assembly Plant.</p><p>Several public officials attended the unveiling Wednesday, to celebrate the retooled factory where Ford makes the Escape compact SUV.
