Hillary Clinton to Speak in Louisville

Former U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will speak in Louisville next month.Clinton will deliver the keynote address at the United Methodist Women’s Assembly on April 26. The group’s chief executive says Clinton, a lifelong Methodist, will speak to a gathering of more than seven thousand participants at the Kentucky International Convention Center.This won’t be Hillary Clinton’s first speech in Louisville. She delivered a talk at the University of Louisville in 2010, when she was Secretary of State.She also campaigned in Kentucky and southern Indiana during her presidential bid in 2008. Just last week, her husband, former President Bill Clinton, visited the commonwealth to campaign for Democratic Senate candidate Alison Lundergan Grimes, who is running to unseat Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell.Hillary Clinton is a rumored presidential candidate for 2016.
