IU Southeast Lockdown Ends

IU Southeast lifted the lockdown at about 2 p.m. Thursday, according to IU Southeast’s Tweets. What was reported as a weapon “has been identified as an umbrella.”

Earlier: Indiana University Southeast’s New Albany campus is on lockdown Thursday afternoon following a report an armed person on campus, according to the school’s website.

IU Southeast issued the following message on Twitter a little after 1 p.m.:
