After 22 years in the state House, state Eastern Kentucky Rep. John Will Stacy will retire.The West Liberty Democrat is one of the longest-serving members of the House. Even so, he says he will not miss being part of the state legislature. "I've got a 22-year service in the General Assembly, and I think I've got a 22-year limit BS quotient," Stacy said.Morgan County, which is in Eastern Kentucky, is getting two new representatives in Frankfort as a result of redistricting from the 2010 Census. The new state rep is Democrat Hubie Collins of Johnson County. The new state senator is Democrat Ray Jones of Pikeville.
