Metro Council Court on Judy Green Trial Delay Request: State of the News

WFPL Political Editor Phillip M. Bailey appeared on State of the News this past Friday to summarize recent developments in the ethics hearing of Councilwoman Judy Green.  He illuminated the court's decision to deny her request for a delay in her trial, based on alleged medical issues, with select audio clips from the proceedings. Currently the expulsion trial is scheduled to begin on Sept. 12  Hear the full discussion below.
