Brush Up on Your Classics with WUOL's Summer Listening Program

WUOL's Summer Listening program launches Monday on Classical 90.5. The program, modeled on summer reading programs, presents highlights from the classical music canon for listeners of all ages. Younger listeners will have a chance to respond to the music through poetry, drawing or other ways, but anyone who wants to brush up on the classics can participate.

How it works:

Sign-up online at WUOL.org. You can sign up and participate anytime between June 3 and August 26.

Listen to WUOL (90.5 FM) on Mondays at 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., June 3-August 26, to hear all of the music for Summer Listening. If you miss a broadcast, don’t worry. The Louisville Free Public Library's  online music library is a free service to library patrons, and you can hear all this music through the “WUOL Summer Listening” playlist.
