Hillary Clinton to Address Methodist Women's Group in Louisville

Former U.S.  Secretary of State and potential presidential candidate Hilary Clinton will be in Louisville this weekend to deliver the keynote address to the United  Methodist Women’s Assembly at the Kentucky International Convention Center.

Assembly spokeswoman Selby Ewing  says Clinton, who’s a lifelong Methodist, was invited  to speak because  her advocacy work fits with the organization’s mission.“When Hilary Clinton comes and speaks with our 6500 members, she’s going to be talking about her long history of advocacy around issues concerning women, children and youth.  And really, that’s what we do,” Ewing said. Registration is already full for Clinton’s Saturday morning address, but the speech will be streamed online.
