In His Final Broadcast, BBC's Robin Lustig Shouts Out Louisville
After decades on air (he joined the BBC in 1989), legendary broadcaster Robin Lustig has signed off.
Lustig's last edition of the BBC NewsHour was broadcast this morning at 9 am Eastern. And after a fun retrospective (which you can hear on the BBC website), he ended the show. And in that sign off, Lustig mentioned his listeners here in Louisville, a city he visited a few years ago. Those of us who were able to meet with him during his day in Kentucky were treated to a great discussion on global affairs and the practice of journalism.
