Madison County Judge Appointed To Indiana Appeals Court

A Madison County, Indiana circuit judge has been appointed to the state Court of Appeals.
Governor Mitch Daniels today selected Judge Rudy Pyle to fill a vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Carr Darden.
The 42 year old Pyle is a former Madison County prosecutor and state police trooper.
The Indiana Court of Appeals has 15 members representing five districts. This is Daniels’ third appointment to the court.
