Rand Paul: GOP Could Become a 'Dinosaur'
In an interview with CNN, U.S. Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., warned that the Republican Party is in danger of becoming a "dinosaur" unless it adopts more libertarian policy positions.

In recent weeks, Paul—who is considered a top presidential contender in 2016—has urged the GOP to expand its base by supporting defense cuts, immigration reform and relaxing marijuana laws.
