Two Days of Walkouts in Shanklin Ethics Hearing

{description}The ethics hearing of Louisville Metro Councilwoman Barbara Shanklin lasted two days — both days featuring dramatic exits by Shanklin. On the first day, Shanklin invoke her Fifth Amendment protection against self-incrimination, then depart at her attorney's request. On the second day, she answered a few questions, telling prosecutors she didn't know her grandson was incarcerated when she signed a timesheet for him, then again left the proceedings.WFPL's Devin Katayama has been following the story, and joined us on Friday's Byline to give us a rundown of what took place, and what we can expect to happen next.
