School Bus Rollover Injuries Students And Teachers

A bus carrying forth grade students from Louisville’s Collegiate School has been involved in a roll over accident on I-65. School spokeswoman Elizabeth Post told WFPL all 16 students and three adults were admitted to a hospital in Glasgow with a range of injuries, the worst of which are broken bones. The Kentucky State Police say a tractor trailer was involved, but there is no evidence that the bus and trailer made contact, said Post. Two school buses were transporting the forth grade class on a field trip to Mammoth Cave. The second bus returned to school after the accident. Post said weather may have been a factor.
