Young Raises $311,000 in Second Quarter

Republican Congressman Todd Young of Indiana has raised $311,000 in the second quarter, according to a report his campaign will file with the Federal Election Commission later this week.

Other Democrats skipping the convention have been criticized for distancing themselves from President Barack Obama, who will be formally nominated for re-election at the event. But Chandler's campaign insists the decision isn't political.
