U.S. Sen Marco Rubio Speaking at University of Louisville

U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio is speaking Monday afternoon at the University of Louisville. Rubio, of Florida, is a possible 2016 presidential candidate and gave theRepublican response to President Obama's State of the Union address earlier this year. His speech is part of the McConnell Center's lectures.WFPL's Phillip M. Bailey is covering Rubio's speech. Here are some quotes Bailey has reported so far:

  • "The only people who don't have school choice is a poor family, put yourself in the shoes of a single mom."
