A Vision for Universal Preschool

Fewer high school dropouts, reduced crime, an improved economy – those are a few of the benefits research suggests we’d see by changing the lives of some of our smallest citizens. Making preschool available to all children ages three and over would bring us closer to realizing these improvements, according to research conducted by this year’s winners of the Grawemeyer Award in Education. Join us on Thursday for a conversation with Award recipients Edward Zigler, Stephanie Jones, and Walter Gilliam, about the importance of universal preschool.
