So far, the news we've been hearing is mixed. In 2007, Louisville was declared in compliance with new ozone standards, but then even newer standards were released in 2008 and we're not looking so good. According to a study released earlier this year, the smoking ban is helping to clear our air, but that was followed up by a report linking air pollution and heart disease. So what's the real story?
