The attorney for former University of Louisville education dean Robert Felner says his client has entered into an agreement with prosecutors under which he'll plead guilty later this week in the case involving his alleged mishandling of federal grant money.Felner and a former colleague are accused of defrauding U of L and another institution out of more than $2 million."We're really hesitant to comment on it because it is a pending criminal case.   We  do hope Mr. Felner at some point will accept responsbility for his actions and accept responsibility for those actions,"  said U of L spokesperson Mark Hebert.Felner's attorney, Scott Cox, told the Courier-Journal that Felner will enter his plea Friday in U.S. District Court, but would not disclose the terms of the agreement.     Prosecutors also declined to comment.Felner is charged with mail fraud, conspiracy to commit money laundering and conspiracy to defraud the Internal Revenue Service. Also charged in the case is Thomas Schroeder, with whom Felner ran an Illinois-based education center.
