Black Lung Returns; Landmarks Ordinance; Kentucky Shakespeare: Today on Byline

Here is the rundown for Byline for this Friday the 13th of July.0:00 - Black lung:  the disease has returned with a vengeance in the Appalachian coalfields. WFPL environment reporter Erica Peterson discusses it with Howard Berkes, reporter from NPR, and Chris Hamby with the Center for Public Integrity.
