It lays out a vision for the city’s environmental efforts over the coming decades, setting 19 broad goals and 63 initiatives. WFPL's Erica Peterson has been poring over the details of the plan since it was first released in draft form earlier this year, and she discusses the final version with WFPL news director Gabe Bullard.26:30 -  Seventeen Louisville-area child care centers have been notified that their state licenses will be revoked after a year-long investigation. The state agency that regulates child care centers won't say precisely what the investigators were looking at, but alluded to fraud.
