Here is the audio and rundown on today's edition of Byline:At the top - Immigration reform is back in the headlines, with President Obama stating a deal with Congress that includes a path to citizenship should be attainable this year.  We discuss the potential local impact with Edgardo Mansilla, executive director of the Americana Community Center, and Kate Miller, program associate for the ACLU of Kentucky.10:15 - Kenny Colston of Kentucky Public Radio's capital bureau joins us to discuss the upcoming General Assembly session and other statewide news, including pension reform, hemp, smoking bans, liquor laws, and gambling.16:00 - Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer has released the long-awaited draft version of the city’s sustainability plan. It’s an ambitious list of ways the city wants to be greener, but some of the goals may be difficult to measure.  WFPL's environment reporter Erica Peterson joins us to explain.21:05 - Thirteen same-sex couples took symbolic wedding vows in Bloomington this week in protest of a proposed constitutional amendment banning gay marriage in Indiana. Mayor Mark Kruzan led the symbolic ceremony, and Brandon Smith of WFIU joins us to explain the story.27:00 - The Kentucky Department of Community Based Services, part of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services, says budget cuts will force it to reduce its child care funding for thousands of low-income working families, and for families that care for abused or neglected children. Storytellers who have qualified through the local StorySLAM at Headliners will vie for a spot on The Moth Radio Hour, which airs on WFPL Saturdays at 3:00.  WUOL's Daniel Gilliam speaks with Jenifer Hixson, Senior Producer of The Moth.39:30 - Arts segment with WFPL's Erin Keane.  Erin talks briefly about the new musical at ATL, Girlfriend, and a Valentine's-themed burlesque show opening this weekend in Louisville.  She then welcomes Alun Jones, former Louisville Ballet artistic director, current choreographer and director, to talk about The Soldier's Tale, a rarely-staged Stravinksy chamber ballet he's producing at UofL on Sunday.
