Cards are Rested, Start Practice Again

The University of Louisville men’s basketball team was back in practice today, after taking a day off after winning in the first two rounds of the NCAA-tournament.  Coach Rick Pitino says the team was mentally exhausted after a grueling schedule, but now they are refreshed and excited to play in the Sweet Sixteen.“It’s pressure.  You gotta get – the Final Four is not reachable in your minds, because you’ve got four games to play," says Pitino.  "Now you can feel like… you’re a weekend away from the Final Four, so you touch it, you can feel it, smell it.”The Cards clenched wins in the first two rounds of the tournament again Morehead State and Siena.  They play Arizona in the round of 16 Friday night just after seven.
