A southern Indiana lawyer has been appointed to the state attorney general's Medicaid Fraud Control Unit.Timothy McClure is a native of Clark County and has served as director of the State Ethics Commission.   He also spent more than two decades with Indiana State Police. He was sworn in Wednesday by Attorney General Greg Zoeller during a ceremony at the Falls of the Ohio State Park. "It will be great to go after the bad guys again, the people who enable others to become drug addicts and who rip off taxpayers," McClure said. "But maybe even more important, it's going to be very gratifying to be part of a group that also watches out for the elderly, the disabled, people who can't help themselves."The Medicaid Fraud Control Unit operates several regional offices around the state.
