Cold Snap Almost Over For Louisville

A mass of frigid air is sitting over the Louisville area, causing unseasonably cold weather.  Forecaster Tom Reaugh with the National Weather Service in Louisville says the cold snap should be over soon.“The cold air will move off to the east and we’ll moderate back to near normal readings for high temperatures in the afternoon by tomorrow," sasy Reaugh.  "Tomorrow we should see 60, and Thursday and Friday we should be in the low to mid 60s.”For tonight though, Reaugh says there will likely be a freeze warning.  That means the overnight temperature will reach 32-degrees or below, and outdoor plants should be protected if possible.
