Mayor Greg Fischer has named Steve Conrad as Chief of the Louisville Metro Police Department.Conrad is a former Louisville assistant police chief and the current Chief of Police for Glendale, Arizona. His appointment comes months after former Chief Robert White left the LMPD to become chief of the Denver Police Department.Fischer and Conrad are discussing the appointment now.
