Cycling in Louisville

Last month, Mayor Abramson announced that part of Louisville's economic stimulus money would go toward building new bike lanes. It's the latest in a long list of bike-friendly improvements to the city, reaching back to the first Bike Summit in 2005. Last year, Bicycling Magazine named Louisville one ofthe Top 3 Most Improved Cities for cycling. But cyclists will tell you there's still work left to do in helping bikes and cars coexist.
