Churchill Downs Incorporated CEO Bob Evans will be promoted in June.In addition to his duties as CEO, Evans will also chair the CDI board when current chairman Carl Pollard retires. Pollard has been chair for ten years, and the company has previously kept the two positions separate.Evans will cede the title of president to Chief Operating Officer William Carstanjen.
