Kentucky Agriculture Commissioner and former UK basketball star Richie Farmer says he's considering a run for governor on the Republican ticket in 2011.
Farmer told the Associated Press Tuesday that he's been holding discussions about a possible run and may do some political polling soon.Democratic incumbent Gov. Steve Beshear has already announced he'll seek re-election in 2011. Louisville Mayor Jerry Abramson will be his running mate.
