Former University of Louisville Education Dean Robert Felner's former associate has been sentenced to nearly four years in jail.Thomas Schroeder of Illinois was convicted for not paying nearly $800 thousand in federal income taxes. He will serve 46 months in prison. That will be followed by two years of supervised release.Felner was sentenced to 63 months in jail in 2010 for charges relating to defrauding U of L and the University of Rhode Island.Here is the full statement from the court.
