by Stephanie CrosbyThe site-based decision-making council at Frost Middle School has had its authority stripped and given to Jefferson County Public Schools Superintendent Sheldon Berman. Kentucky Education Commissioner Terry Holliday recommended the change after an audit of the state’s ten lowest-performing schools, including six in Louisville.The Frost council appealed the decision, but the state Board of Education voted unanimously today to uphold the commissioner’s original decision.
