The garages will then be purchased by Metro Government and run by PARC.City Properties Managing Director Bill Weyland says one of the garages is at 9th and Market, and will serve the new Zirmed headquarters there.“This garage at Zirmed will allow us to pull cars off the surrounding surface lots that we own and will free up a site at the corner of 9th and Jefferson for the next Zirmed tower that is now on our drawing boards," says Weyland.The other garage – at 4th and Chestnut – will serve the Henry Clay building and new projects there for condos, retail space and a boutique hotel.
