Heavy Tornado Damage in Southern Indiana; System Continues Path Across Region

Damage reports are beginning to come in from this afternoon’s outbreak of tornadoes in the region.The heaviest damage appears to be in southern Indiana, where an official says the town of Marysville, in Clark County is “completely gone.’ There is also destruction reported in the Clark County community of Henryville. In Kentucky, Trimble County authorities say a fire station near Bedford was destroyed by a tornado.
