It's Ash Wednesday, which means Louisville's many Roman Catholics will spend a part of Friday in a parish hall eating fried fish.
The Lenten Friday fish fry is both a religious tradition and a yearly event for non-Catholics, who may attend the weekly events for the communal atmosphere, the novelty or, well, the fried fish.
As in recent years, we've assembled a list of Friday fish fries hosted by Archdiocese of Louisville parishes. The table below is searchable by parish name, zip code (so you can find a parish close to you) or keyword, such as "drive-thru" or "pizza." Because some parishes have pizza, too.

With a few exceptions, the last fish fries of the year will be on March 18. Easter is on March 27.
