Last month, President Barack Obama granted a pardon to Les Berry, Jr., of Loretto, Kentucky. Berry had served three years in prison for his part in what authorities called one of the country's largest domestic marijuana syndicates, dubbed The Cornbread Mafia. Kentucky author James Higdon has been following the story and he joined us to explain the background, and what's behind this week's presidential pardon.
