Kentucky's Energy Options
It seems everyone is going green these days and the state of Kentucky is no exception. In the face of possible federal mandates on carbon output, Governor Beshear has declared he wants Kentucky to be a leader in new energy sources and technology. But what are our options? Liquid coal?
