Kentucky holds its presidential primary for Democrats Tuesday with Hillary Clinton trying to put an end to Bernie Sanders’ recent string of victories.
The fallout from Kentucky’s last general election is still reverberating in the Bluegrass State. It’s been a messy transfer of poweras the historically Democratic state voted in a Republican governor.
The new governor, Republican Matt Bevin, is still feuding with the previous one, Democrat Steve Beshear, and his son — who also happens to be the current attorney general.
As Kentucky Public Radio Capitol bureau chief Ryland Barton reported on NPR's Here and Now program, each governor claims the FBI is investigating the other.
