What could these departed notables teach us about social justice, culture, freedom, and the meaning of the struggle for African-American liberation? That's the topic of a recent book by theology professor Barbara Holmes, called "Liberation & the Cosmos: Conversations with the Elders." In it, Dr. Holmes explores themes of race and freedom, and how studying cosmology can bring us to a deeper understanding of them. Join us on Thursday to learn more.
