Gov. Andy Beshear will deliver his 2020 Budget Address on Tuesday, Jan. 28 at 7 p.m. Funding for public education is likely to be at the top of his list of priorities. During his campaign to become governor, Beshear promised to push for an across-the-board $2,000 pay raise for public school teachers.
