During a White House briefing Wednesday, Press Secretary Jay Carney announced President Barack Obama had spoken with several congressional leaders about the ongoing debt ceiling negotiations, including U.S. Sen. Minority Leader Mitch Mitchell.Say what?Carney quickly corrected the gaffe, and said he meant Kentucky's senior Sen.
