The men’s college basketball regular season is over and conference tournaments are underway this week.The Louisville Cardinals open play tonight (Wed) in the Big East Tournament in New York City. The seventh-seeded Cards take on number ten seed Seton Hall at 7:00pm. The winner of tonight’s game will take on second-seeded Marquette tomorrow evening.Kentucky begins play Friday in the Southeastern Conference Tournament in New Orleans. The top-seeded Wildcats will face either Louisiana State or Arkansas Friday afternoon at 1:00pm.The Indiana Hoosiers take the court tomorrow in the Big Ten Tournament in Indianapolis. Fifth-seeded IU faces Penn State at about 2:00pm.The men’s Division One NCAA tournament pairings will be announced Sunday. Western Kentucky and Murray State are both guaranteed a spot after winning their conference tournaments this week. The men’s NCAA Division Two tournament begins Sunday. Louisville’s Bellarmine Knights are the defending national champions.
