New 4th Street Restaurant Hopes to Attract Others

A new Mexican restaurant is open on 4th Street in downtown Louisville, and the eatery’s owner hopes more businesses will join him.Sol Aztecas has been open two weeks now, and proprietor Saul Garcia says lunchtime business has been good. He owns two other Sol Aztecas, four Los Aztecas and the Tequila Factory on Bardstown Road.Garcia says they located between Theatre Square and 4th Street Live for a reason.“Maybe this is a key, we can be the anchor to bring more business to downtown," says Garcia. "So I think if we can make a business in this area, I think everybody is going to feel comfortable to come and do business in this area too.”Several city development officials were on hand today to celebrate the opening of Sol Aztecas.
