North Oldham Little Leaguers Open World Series Play

The North Oldham Little League baseball team opens play tonight in the Little League World Series.North Oldham takes on Keystone, Pennsylvania at 8pm in an opening round game in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. The team from La Grange is making its first appearance in the 16-team tournament, representing the U.S.Great Lakes Region.If North Oldham wins tonight they’ll take on the winner of today’s game between the New England and West region teams Sunday at 6:00pm.If they lose, they’ll play the loser of the New England/West game tomorrow at 8:00pm.The Little League World Series is a double-elimination tournament; a team has to lose two games to be eliminated.Tonight’s game will be broadcast nationally on ESPN.
