From the Associated Press:Republican Rep. Democrat and former Indiana House Speaker John Gregg has raised $1.7 million so far and banked $1.2 million.Pence's strong fundraising puts him well ahead of a pack of candidates running to replace Gov. Mitch Daniels in November. Daniels is term-limited against running for re-election.Fishers businessman Jim Wallace, a Republican, said he raised more $1 million last year and has $800,000 in the bank. Almost all of that came from money he loaned his campaign.Libertarian candidate and ``Survivor'' star Rupert Boneham's campaign manager said he raised $16,000 and has more than $4,000 in the bank.
